DESTINATION: FAIRBANKS, ALASKA!!!

I can FINALLY make this announcement!!! I’ve held off from blogging for the last few weeks because things were still in the works, but it’s officially official… I’m headed for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks!!!!

We’re GOIN’ TO GRAD SCHOOL, BABEY!!!

Plus, I found out just last week that my short story “The Pit and the Pensioner” is officially getting published! I’ll hold off on saying WHERE just because I’m not sure if I’m allowed to share or not, but it’s officially coming out sometime between July and December of this year.

(And I have a rumor on pretty strong authority that I might have landed another story somewhere else, but more on that later…)

Y’all, I needed some freakin’ wins. And these are some HUGE freakin’ wins! My first “real” literary magazine, mothertrucking GRAD SCHOOL, and did I mention I’m moving to ALASKA?!?!?!

I should have more updates soon, but for now let’s just say I’m over the moon and Sasketoon! (Ok, I’ll stop.)
